Worst company ever. Parcel was stolen and customer service is appalling! Will not give me a refund or send the item again!

I want everyone to be aware that WHERE'S THAT'S FROM is a company REAPING PEOPLE OFF. I bought some shoes from them through debenhams and a return label was taken out. I contacted returns on debenhams but their shoes were unreturnable and this was not specified before I bought their shoes. This is so sad and bad as some some their shoes run small while some run too big ? They are trying to force me to keep the shoes even when their sizes are awful and awkward. THIS IS REAP OFF. EVERYONE SHOULD BE CAREFUL OF THEIR STORE.

I left a note on my last purchase to be informed when a particular shoe size becomes available, I got the information immediately it became available and delivery was super fast!

I am super bloody excited to open up these big fluffasss and GET THEM ON MAAAA TOOTSIESSSS 2 be toastie thruuu the cold months!!! Eeeeeek these bad boys gonna give me life !

The price was spot on (purchased in sale) and both pairs of shoes are stunning and fit perfectly. I was so impressed that I ordered a different colour in one type of shoe. Love them both.

Website was very slow. I haven't received my order yet although the shoes I've ordered were considerably cheaper than on other sites. I'm hopeful they look as good when they arrive as they did on screen?

I have placed my order sat, and on Sunday, the royal mail delivered my boots, which I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. Should receive the rest Tuesday now,very happy with the items already received.

Loved my experience with Where’s that from I bought 3 pairs slippers and was happy with all of them they were good quality and true to size delivery was on point too I’ve ordered 3 more pairs and can’t wait to get them

The deal was amazing, price was fantastic, next day delivery was out of this world, from ordering to received was stupendous, fabulous service, quick and easy experience, well done, im one happy bunny.

There's such a great choice at Debenhams website, I can spend hours browsing on it, and next day delivery is a big plus! Love the fact that they do Clearpay payment too. Easy returns makes it even better.

So far so good above all different shoe styles which are unique in themselves.
Customer Service is excellent & quick to respond to any queries (I had a question about an item therefore emailed & received a response rapidly)

Very fast posting and wow what a lovely shoe iv brought these to go with a navy dress for my Xmas party (first one in 15 years) so I thought I would make the effort. Even my daughter likes the shoes and she never likes anything I buy, quality is excellent I carnt wait until December to wear them thank you

The company sent the boots which were the wrong size, I sent them back and asked for an exchange, this was because i liked the boots but they also take money for postage if its just a return.

I got an email asking what size I wanted to change to and when I confirmed, they said they were on their way.

The next thing I know, I received a really ride email saying we've paid you instead but minus £7!!

Not only have I got bo boots, I'm out of pocket and the customer service is appalling.

I wouldn't buy from here ever again.

It’s my first time ordering these fabulous evening shoes for holiday, it’s all gone smoothly and hoping they are delivered soon, I was offered 10% off my first order however I didn’t know how to access my discount so I couldn’t actually use it! Later unfortunately I found the discount code was sent to my emails after I paid in full that was disappointing

goods arrived promptly. easy to browse online although I miss shopping in store.
I n the past returns and refunds have taken a lon time to be processed and I have had to chase up a coule of times as I was concerned the items had been lost in transit
